Feature Set:

Quality of Copy:  

You can compress the data from the original DVD with their newest version, so you have the ability to copy your Dual Layer DVD to a smaller DVD-5 disc. We encountered some inconsistent results while testing this software. In one test, one DVD copy was flawless, on another try, the copy worked but the picture was pixelated and didn't respond well to fast movements within the movie.

Program Stability:  

When we attempted to copy a movie using CloneDVD, everything ran perfectly.

Overall, Clone DVD is a good option when considering DVD Copying software. This product has made some major improvments since their last version. You are now able to copy your DVDs to a Dual Layer Disc, copy to smaller DVD5s or just remove all your menus and extras so there is minimal need for compression. And the addition of mobile device conversion makes this an invaluable piece of software; however, we feel that you can get all these features and a more consistent picture with the number three product, DVDFab.
