I have a lot of DVD's and I've learned the hard way that when family wants to "borrow a movie" they don't always come back in the same condition that they left. I've tried a lot of different ripping/burning software to

I use DVD Cloner every time I buy a new Disney DVD. I'll be honest the only reason I use this is because I have 2 little toddlers that love to watch their Disney DVDs. One of their favorite movies is Anastasia. After buying the movie now 3 times,

I bought this software to combine some business related DVDs thinking it would be easy and it turns out to be anything but. First, as with almost all software these days, the help files are of little help. The FAQs in one example say to "Select

I've been around a lot of programs and programmers and this one's got to be the worst. Spare yourself and look elsewhere. If a copy worked at all, it would freeze in the middle. This is even when i used dual layer media to make an exact copy.

I had ICopyDVDs2 on my old computer and loved it. It works way better than this. So far half the DVDs I've tried to copy need to be split onto two disks. Who wants one movie on two disks? I don't recommend this.

When kids grow up they get more agile, coordinated, and want to try everything "dad" or "grandpa" does. This includes putting the dvds in the player, which unfortunately results in the always impossible-to-fix damages to my dvd

I've also got a lot of DVDs that are collecting dust and want to move into a more compressed standard so they don't take up space on my wall. DVD Decrypter and DVDFab have been doing really good for me until I found a disk that neither will rip.

This program was fantastic. Unlike most other similar programs I've used, video quality of what I am encoding is not affected if I'm using other programs on my very slow (512MB) computer. This is the only program I have been able to say this

With a dual layer disc the backups of my dvds (even the scratched ones) have turned out great. If this is the sole purpose of purchasing the program then I highly recommend it. The "combining" feature hasn't been very good to me, but

DVD Cloner has far too many problems. This thing has trashed more dual layer disks than the cost of the program. Tech support tries to blame my drive and ignores the fact that I have told them that I have tried 3 different drives and 3 different

Tried their latest version 6.0.0.978 to try to back up my copy of The Dark Knight (reportedly a tough job). The program was agonizingly slow and the completed back up did not even work. Stick with DVD Fab -- which is updated every 1-2 weeks.

Same thing. Disk had an audio folder and a video folder and would not play. Waste of my time.

IT WORKS! I am dumber than a box of rocks when it comes to most software but this was different. To those who are having problems, I recommend reading the instructions CAREFULLY. Buy with confidence!
