I've been around a lot of programs and programmers and this one's got to be the worst. Spare yourself and look elsewhere. If a copy worked at all, it would freeze in the middle. This is even when i used dual layer media to make an exact copy. If I tried to compress it, then for sure it didn't work. Trust me, i tried everything! The customer support and tech support really sucks. They play a nifty game. They don't respond to tech support requests for a long time, then when you ask for a refund they say, "Nope, sorry, you're past your 30 day warranty." Really! Beware of this sleazy outfit!
