ICopyDVDs2 is a good product for backing up DVD movies to one disc if you already have a CSS decryptor. You can fit a large DVD to one disc and omit bonus material or keep the original DVD in tact. It has a clean-looking interface that is intuitive to use. For the price though, it lacks features that cheaper products offer.
Feature Set:
ICopyDVDs2 has a basic feature set. You can compress DVD-9 to fit on a single DVD-R and even retain the menus and bonus tracks. But it lacks the ability to copy DVDs to CD-Rs.
Ease of Use:
Once you download a decryptor, the program should be easy to use to copy DVDs to blank DVD discs.
Ease of Installation:
The only problem we found with the installation and setup is that you have to first download and use a CSS decryptor.
Quality of Copy:
The copy quality is perfect, and the special features and menus options of the DVDs we copied are all intact and functioning.
Program Stability:
We didn't encounter any problems or errors when we used this product.
Summary:
Overall, ICopyDVDs2 is a good DVD copying product, if all you want to do is copy movies to blank DVD discs. With the help of a good ripping program this software could potentially be one of the best.
